Common questions

Is the strategy session really free?

Yes. The first conversation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is about whether Co-Living suits your goals, not about selling you a property.

I’m not sure Co-Living is right for me. Should I still get in touch?

Yes. Co-Living suits some investors and not others. If another strategy fits you better, such as a new house and land or dual key property, we will tell you.

Do you work with investors outside Victoria and Queensland?

Yes. We research Co-Living mainly in Melbourne, Geelong, regional Victoria and South East Queensland, and we work with investors Australia-wide, including through SMSF and trust structures.

Will you pass my details on?

No. Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry. See our privacy policy.
